This CPD course will teach you the world of face reflexology techniques, blending traditional healing wisdom with modern face sculpting practices.
By mastering these techniques, you’ll learn how to boost circulation, reduce tension and stimulate energy flow throughout the body.
WHAT WILL WE COVER 💆🏻‍♀️
- History of facial reflexologyÂ
- How specific points on the face connect to every organ, system, and emotion in the body
- Revision of the anatomy of the face
- Facial maps and protocols to support PMS, Menopause, headaches, sinus issues, grounding, improved hormone balance, anxiety reduction.
- Face zone maps and how to read the face to uncover physical and emotional imbalance
- Use of stainless steel facial reflexology wand (optional, fingers work just fine too)
- Somatic face massage to release stored emotions in the face and body
- Sculpt and Lift with face massage
- Eye contour massage to reduce puffiness and dark circles
- Using Gua sha, and mushroom tools for smooth and glowing skinÂ
- Reduce puffiness with lymphatic drainage
- Practice in pairs/groups with tutor guidance or on model if on zoom.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
Reflexologists (or current students), Massage Therapists, Beauty Therapists - an A&P qualification is required.

- Facial oil - if you have a preferred one or some will be available to use
- Facial tools (optional) - Reflexology wand/pen, Gua Sha, Jade roller and/or mushroom.
