This course is suitable for beginners AND for existing reflexologists who want to up-level their skills.
Do you want to become a Reflexologist?
- You can join if you are brand new to Reflexology, and get a Practitioner certificate at the end where you can work professionally as a reflexologist. Accredited by The Guild.
- You can get the added benefit of excelling in your skills right away by learning various advanced skills ranging from mama & baby reflexology to women's hormone health and mind-body coaching!
- You will study the theory and anatomy and physiology in your own time through an online portal, leaving our time together purely practical skills.

Are you already a Reflexologist?
- Uplevel your skills as a reflexologist, particularly in the area of women's health and the mind-body connection.
- Maybe you are newly qualified, or haven't practiced for a while and want to refresh your skills
- You can choose from any or all of the advanced classes to attend and if there's space you can come to some of the basic training to refresh your skills if needed.

- You may then join us for advanced training 2pm-4pm if you purchase the Women's Wellness Reflexology Practitioner (£750)
- WOMEN'S WELLNESS REFLEXOLOGY
- Every Sunday from 16 Oct - 20 Nov 2pm-4pm
- Current students or existing therapists can join these sessions where we will dive deeper into reflexology for women's health
- fertility reflexology - this also goes into PMS, period problems, irregular cycles etc
- pregnancy reflexology - common problems throughout the trimesters + a 38+ routine to assist a natural labour
- baby reflexology - learn my mama + baby treatment!
- mind-body coaching, going deeper into women's reproductive conditions and common female problems like pcos, endometriosis, fibromyalgia, thyroid to name a few
- BONUS: A thai foot & leg massage which can be a welcome change up to a reflexology session - giving your clients little extras like this will have them referring you to all their friends!

MIND-BODY COACHING
This is an important element that is not taught on most reflexology courses. Each week you will learn how to help clients understand what their bodies are trying to tell them.
As Reflexologists we are able to advise clients of energy imbalances before they manifest into physical illness, and coaching your clients through the emotional meanings behind their issues can empower them and is such a gift that you can offer.

WOMEN'S HEALTH
You can help support women of all ages from menarche to menopause and everything in between. Hormone fluctuations can be eased with reflexology, and you will also learn how you can help women to accurately track their cycles and hormones and have a greater understanding of their bodies.
Again, reflexologist can empower women to know they don't need to suffer through these times.

FERTILITY, PREGNANCY, BABY
Imagine being able to support a woman through fertility struggles, then throughout her pregnancy and then meeting her super cute baby at the end!
Well now you can! I have loved watching my clients transformations in this area. And my favourite ever sessions to give are mama & newborn baby reflexology - yes they both come along and baby snuggles and feeds while mama gets her treatment, and you teach mama how to apply safe and simple reflexology to her baby for calming and soothing. Such a gift!

When and where is the course?
Practitioner: 7 August - 5 Sept 10am-2pm
Advanced: 31 July - 5 Sept: 2pm-4pm
Can I come to just a few of the advanced classes?
You can, but to make these as easy as possible for me, the price is the same regardless of how many classes you attend.
Its a great offer as my fertility & pregnancy reflexology course alone is usually £250
Will I be qualified as a Reflexologist?
Yes, you will get a practitioner certificate from The Guild and you can get insurance through them too.
The only limitations with this short course is that you cannot apply to some awarding bodies like FHT, AOR and you cannot have clients claim back on health insurance.
Other than that, you can set up, get insurance and practice professionally.
But doesn't reflexology take years to learn?
Yes and no.
It does take years to perfect your skills, to continuously practice and take advanced courses to uplevel your skills.
However I don't believe it needs to take years to get the basic routine and get started working on feet.
The year long course I took was majority anatomy and physiology lessons - this you will learn online in your own time.
